Those are titles.

Stocking Stufferer can be obtained if you stuff enough stockings. I think it's about 10 or 20. So you can go to explore > seasonal festival > stocking stuffer. There, you can input a username, or use the green arrows to find a player to stuff their stocking. Not all items can be stuffed. Most tradeable items, such as avatar items, philters, and essences should be stuffable.

The Hollowed can only be obtained during fall festival. It was awarded to the top 20 players who ranked in any one of the festival's competition.

I cannot remember how the Kind-Hearted was awarded, but it was during a festival as well.


Most titles are awarded during festivals, so you can keep an eye out for those with the upcoming winter fest. Some you'll have to work for (like the stocking stuffer), others may be rewarded by luck, or from participating in official forum games.

There are also a few titles that can be obtained out of festivals, such as from the arena in the 3rd region.


Once you obtain a title, you'll receive a notification in your account overview. Then, you can go to your profile page and there'll be a "change title" button from which you can choose which title you want to use.
