Fourth of July Holiday themed pets can now be found in the Summer Festival zone. There is a version for all available species except for the Ny'vene. Below shows the possible rarities of the Holiday themed pets that you can find depending on the highest leveled pet in your Party.
Rarities of Holiday Pets Highest Level Pet in Party > 50: Epics & Rares Highest Level Pet in party > 25 but <= 50: Rares only Highest Level Pet in Party <= 25: Uncommon only
Summer Festival Basket Now Available
The Summer Festival Basket is now available in the Diamond Shop for 500 Diamonds. It will be removed from the Diamond Shop on July 14th at 11:59:59pm.
When you open the basket, you will receive two rewards. One will be a random Avatar Item from the Summer Festival (excluding the popsicles). The other reward will either be an Enhanced Lighira Essence, 2 Lesser Genetic Mutators, or 3 Lesser Pet Dyes.
In total, there are 23 Epic Avatar Items and 6 Legendary Avatar Items available from the Summer Festival Basket.
New Zone Available: Esior's Fields
Esior's Fields (a different version from the tutorial) is available to explore during the Summer Festival. This Zone uses the new Exploration System! You can access this zone via the banner at the top of the World Map Page.
While exploring the zone, you can battle the new species, the Lighira. Additionally, you must protect Esior's Haven from Nightfall Marauders and their leaders. Search the zone for rare Named to find good equipment and limited Avatar Items..

Earning Sun Tokens
Sun Tokens are the currency used during the Summer Festival. They can be spent in the Holiday Shop to purchase unique Summer Festival items.
Sun Tokens can currently be found by nurturing Sylesties or by battling Nightfall Marauders in the Esior's Fields Summer Festival zone.
New Forum and Many Forum Games
Throughout the next two weeks, we will be running many various Forum Games. In order to make this easier for us and for you, we have created a brand New Forum just for official Sylestia Forum Games.
Participating in each Forum Game will award you with 1 Raffle Ticket. These tickets will automatically be awarded to your account. At the end of the festival, we will hold a drawing and the winner will be able to create their very own 4-Visible Lighira!
The Forum Games themselves will have many fun and unique prizes as well for those who win.
What Else is Coming?
We will also be working on adding in Daily Quests for Sun Tokens and Raffle Tickets. Additionally, we will be working on getting Dynamic Events for the new Summer Festival Zone but this may not come to fruition. Lastly, we will be working on getting the Zone Chat functional so everyone can discuss their awesome new Lighiras!

@Akito, I'm having a similar problem. Maybe there's a lot of stress on it as users flood in?
