I really like sylestia, but with all the waiting involved (not a bad thing) I'd like to know some other free online games that are similar to fill some more of my time with. (rpg pet games / pet breeding games)

The main thing I like about Sylestia is the complex breeding system, how the different species can have different colour, patterns and mutations that are passed down. I also like the fact that they are fantasy creatures, but animals are kinda cool too, I guess...

Ones I can come up with off the top of my head:

-Flight Rising
Dragons, very involved community, breeding system, battle system, very active
I believe they have registration windows, but I'm not too sure if that's still a thing
In terms of breeding, you might like this one more than anything else in this list

-Aywas
Pets, many species, mainly about custom/pretty art that goes into the pets, breeding system is complex
Requires tons of money to get said into owning and breeding worthwhile pets

Games without breeding systems as far as I know:

-Furvilla
Newly open beta, has different species of anthromorphic pets as villagers that can learn different careers

-Goatlings
has goats, they're cute

Ones I've heard of but never played:

-Howrse (horses)
-Chicken Smoothie (pet collection I assume)
