<~Corvo ~>

"Get back here!" The pup yipped chasing down the glowing butterfly as it fluttered through the frosty sky. "I just want to play!" He watched as it flew off into the sky. Sadly the pups ears went back as he sat in the cold snow that was on the ground. Corvo gazed up into the sky shivering some in the cold. Why was he so alone? Why did no one want to play with him? Was he that unlikable? The pup could not fathom why anyone would not like him, after all he was a very well behaved pup, for a pup that was. He tried to mind his manners, at least the manners that the Bulbori had taught him before she too had left him. Everyone seemed to be drawn from him. Mother, father, Ms. Red the Bulbori and the butterfly now. Tears filled his eyes as he lay down in the snow.

Daze noticed Blatt was standing on a thin branch. Fearing that she could fall and hurt herself, he raced up the tree, careful not to fall himself.

Once he was at eye level with Blatt, he reached out his paw. "Grab my paw!", he said against the harsh snowy wind. "It's not safe up here!!"

Once back inside the orphanage, Latte set Chiva down on the floor. Leaving the room, he went into the kitchen, checking to see if Sunnie had any leftovers from last night.

"Hmm, let's see...carrot stew....mashed potatoes....ah, here it is.", Latte pulled a big pot out of the fridge. "Beef stew."

He grabbed a bowl, and put a large spoonful of the beef stew into it. He heated it up, and set the bowl in front of Chiva.

"Hey.", Latte nudged the small Lupora, "Wake up sweetheart."

"I don't want to!" Blatt growled. "I want my mother!" Blatt spat at Daze. Then she scurries higher up on the tree. The tree trunk grew wider as she went up.

"I know you want your mother.", Daze said against the harsh winter wind. The blizzard was getting worse. "But we need to get you down from here!! It's too dangerous up here!!".

Daze climbed higher up the tree. The wind nearly blew him off of the tree.

"Please!! I'm only trying to help! I don't want you to get hurt! I know you want your mother, I know you don't trust us, but you have to trust me!!", the wind blew again, and Daze dug his claws into the tree. "Please!!"

"Run before the wind gets any worse." Blatt warned fearful for Daze

Anta clawed desperately at the branch, but she started to slip until she was inch from falling.

Blatt made vines go below Anta in a tight net.

Chiva meekly opened one eye, smelling the stew. Eugh.... But it's food. She slowly began to lap it from the bowl like a pet dog.

Anta squealed when she saw the vines, and her gems started glowing. The vine net seemed to become loose.

"I am trying to help you!" Blatt said.
