The Lupora pup was running, with tears in her eyes. They act like I'm not there! If they act like I'm not there, why should be there at all?! She thought. Her legs were growing tired from the running, but she saw a building up ahead. She ran towards it without thinking and burst into view. Chiva then collapsed from exhaustion.

She peered out the frosted window. Outside, thick layers of snow covered the trees and the ground, and delicate flakes of snow were just starting to fall to the ground.
Suddenly, Sunni burst through Primavera's door. "Mother!!!"
"What is it Sunnie?", Primavera asked, turning towards her adopted daughter.
"Me and Daze found a Zolnixi pup outside!! We tried to calm to youngster down, but, she was too scared.", Sunnie explained.
Primavera rose to her paws. "Where is Daze and the Zolnixi pup?"
"Near the large Pine Tree. I can lead you there!", Sunnie darted out the door. Primavera.
When they ran outside, Primavera had stopped in front of Chiva. Picking her up, she called for Latte.
"Yes Prima?", Latte asked.
"Take this Lupora pup inside.", Primavera handed Chiva to Latte. With a nod, Latte went back inside the building.
"Knochen!", Primavera called for the Faelora.

Chiva nodded awake, barely conscious. She lay limp in the other Sylesti's arms, closing her eyes once more.

Anta squeaked when she saw Blatt's tail. Trying to get farther up the tree, she misplaced her foot and started dangling off the tree. She squealed, trying to throw her back paw over the branch.
