Because I've seen those words getting tossed around a lot and am curious.

A themed pet could technically be either a tagged (it has the purple writing saying the theme name and is therefore "tagged"), or a pb (pure breed) that was breed from tagged pets of a specific theme.
For example:
Tagged: https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=2411142
Pb: https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=2694988
Both of these are themed pets, in this case sunset Kelpari, but the first one is tagged because it has the purple theme name.
