I was trying to nurture pets when the site gave me an Internal Server Error.
(In the preview for this post, it's not showing the image for some reason? http://imgur.com/a/mn8uQ)
In keeping with what the message said, the error happened a few minutes before I'm posting this - so about 9:21 site time, probably? And I have no idea what I could have done to cause it.
I think everything's working okay now, but I really have no idea what happened...

Yea. They're happening all over to many players.
Our Hosts and I are trying to figure it out as we speak. It's been ongoing for a few hours now.

That was probably just a mishap along the way of nonstop debugging - especially if it was a one and done error.

I've also had something extremely similar appear for me twice while trying to move from one player to the next while Trick-Or-Treating. I'm on mobile so I can't seem to attach my screenshots of the event, but it more or less said that server had an internal error, then while trying to fix it with an ErrorDocument a 500 Internal Server Error was encountered. The first time was at 8:01 AM Sylestia time, or 7:01 for me.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@sylestia.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Hope this gets fixed soon ^^ got it about a minute ago.

Ive received the internal server error at least two times today. Once happened in the festival zone which froze and forced me to reload. The second happened while passing out candy to trick or treaters.
It seems to me as though this wasn't a problem until after the update that was done. And that since then the site in general seems to respond for slowly at times. Ive been forced to refresh the festival zone multiple times today when my browser is the only program/app running and no one else is accessing my internet.

Thank you all for reporting the issues.
At this time though, I can confirm that they happen - essentially - randomly and across all users from all locations on all webpages at random times lol~
At this point, I've exhausted all I can do to figure it out.
We are having our server investigated by the people who create its software tonight. So hopefully they can figure it out.
