For the Shiny situation, that would mean more Shiny Pokemon. They are RARE.
Also, I am slightly confused over how old Twilinight is. Is she 9, or is she 20?
Btw, if Twilinight was 20, she would be in College.
Remember, the age of the Pokemon is their Level.
As for her Mega-Stone situation, I am actually VERY confused. Please explain.
And turn Twilinight into a regular Liepard please.

Just a warning you may have to have your Umbreon as just a regular umbreon.
