P.S. she is a tropical pokemon. for some reason, something from the tropics cause strange patterns. she has yellow stripes on her body and blue on her fins (yes, this tropical thing exists, as it is in an episode. there I don't think is a confirmed version don't blame me if im wrong)

Fan Made Megas are completely okay.
I have a question though, what type of Class does Gajeel teach? He can only teach one type of Class.
But other than that, you are accepted!!!
