Lvl 50+ preferred

I do not mind if infertile. I have one already. If possible, would like the stats to be already placed as far as a tank and a heavy attacker goes. Proficiency points can be unspent.

Colors, preferably blue/purples/dark greens, or light pastel colors, something really pretty.

And last but not least--prices. Preferably a decent price, looking for less than 700k total spent if possible at the current moment.
