I have yet to see any zone nests.... and yes, I make many rounds around the zone. According to chat a few have been seen in the bottom, maze area left of the lake. Last few fests, I would see one a day... maybe 2 days at the most.

Do I have bad luck or is this a problem others are having?

I haven't seen any nests yet either, which at this point I find strange too as I would have gotten at least 1 by now.

Though I'm willing to bet it's just my luck being stinky.

I have seen one but I would have expected more for the amount of time I have been on this week.

I am also finding a lot more of the old themes and very few new, which would fit in with the lack of nests. Is it heavily weighted towards the old themes but the nests are only the new, I wonder?

I have found 18 themed pets from previous years but just 5, and a nest, of this year's new themed pets.

I remember from last festival that I had mostly come across nests in the Egg Maze. Maybe found three out in the zone itself the entire time, but there were several that I came across in the hidden areas of the Egg Maze.

I doubled the respawn time of the Egg Nest node, but more than tripled its chance to spawn.

Also, Themed Pets are randomly selected. It's not weighted one way or the other. For the first weekend of the Festival though, there would have been a 66% chance of finding an old Theme just because of the amount. Now though, it's 50/50.

Depending on counts, we may even retire the other 2014 set before the festival is over.
