I have a few ideas of who's going to win, but I'm going to visit my grandparents for a week and I've completely forgotten about picking a winner for this, so I've decided to hold it off until I get back. (sorry for the delay)

You can make multiple I suppose, but only one of your designs can win or else it won't be fair, no matter how awesome they both are :P

And winner is.... Livinginmyownreality due to detail and unknowingly giving me an idea for the story! Congrats! The two runner ups are Jadedragoness and Dracornpotato, mostly due to have just straight out beautiful designs. All of the entries were great but these three just stood out.
