I'm sorry, this may not be the best place to ask this but I'm confused on something. I'm seeing "themed pets" everywhere, but I'm not quite sure what they are. I get they're commonly designed pets but is there an official list? What exactly are they? Why are they valuable? I'm sorry, I just don't know really where else to ask.

There are some pretty comprehensive answers about what themed pets are in this thread
Lavelle is working on a Guide to all the themes here
Flute also has continued the 'book of tagged themes' over here
