I just found an Enhanced Morkko Essence in a Mission Satchel.
Am I the only person who didn't realize that players can find Enhanced Essences in Mission Satchels?
I had thought only Regular Essences appeared in Satchels.

Until I got a couple of essences, I didn't think you could get essences from them at all. (Oh silly Vulpie xD)
After that discovery, I have been hoarding and "stewing" them in my inventory for a slight chance at getting more essences. So far, I've only gotten regular, but now I'm happy to learn you can also get enhanced essences from satchels too.
I wonder if anyone has gotten a mythical yet. Or are those obtainable only through the diamond shop?

Nice! I've gotten an enhanced vulnyx and zolnixi essence that way before. I've been really lucky with them I guess. :)
I believe that's also how I got my enhanced lighira essence last summer. I was more surprised to find a fabled essence than I was to find an enhanced one!

I can't really remember the exact essence, but I have gotten enhanced in the past. ^^
Pretty rare in my opinion! I'd have to open maybe 250+ to even randomly get one aha.
I wouldn't expect a mystical essence, but hey, who knows aha.

Vulpie, do you think that keeping them around makes any difference? Or does it just seem like you obtain them more frequently when you open a large number at a time?
I can't imagine the probabilities change for whatever reason. I think it must be a trick of the human mind's pattern recognition systems making it feel like more essences are obtained when you save up a bunch of pouches and open them all at once.
But yes, in the interest of contributing to the purpose of the thread, I have received enhanced essences from mission pouches. Most recently a Zolnixi essence, but if I remember correctly I've also received a Qitari and Draeyl essence like this.

As someone who came back after over 2 years of inactivity and still had some old mission satchels in their inventory.... I didn't notice a difference when I opened them.

Technically speaking, holding them doesn't really increases the chances of getting an enhanced essence.
I just enjoy using my "Stew" gag from every festival for pretty much everything now. xD
