Hello! It's Ihartstars Fanart! I do videogame Fanart! I'm willing to draw anybody any game fanart they want! So that means I'm taking art commissions(yes) I do headshots, or full body. I love doing UnderTale, Fantasia, Sylestia, Fnaf, and other stuff! Just give me a notice if you want me to draw something, here's the Form, and I can also do avatars!(and the answer to your question.......YES! I can draw anime and chibi people!!!)
