when i see threads about pets for sale, there are pictures of them that if you click on the, it takes you to the pets profile. how do i do this? thanks

First go to the pet you'd like an image of. I'll use my starter as an example. If you right click on a pet's image, you'll get the option to copy the image location. Click that. You should have something like this.

Now you can paste this on a forum post. You highlight it and then click on the IMG= button all the way on the right of the different forum code options. This brings up a little window where you can then past the pet profile link. The pet profile link should look something like this.

The digits are the pet's specific id.

Once you're done you'll have this.



Getting the hang of the image url allows you to play with certain options, too. For instance, you can change the size of the image by changing the value after size at the end.

So size=250 is what was used above. If you use a lower value, you'll get something smaller. If you use a larger value, you'll get something bigger.

You can also change gender, species, what traits are showing, whether it's wearing a costume or not, and manipulate colors all by playing with the image url.

For me, it's a million times easier to type out the code. ._. Now do all that with the image url and the page link that Savynn said and this is the actual image link code.

[*url=page url][*img]image url[/*img][/*url] You'll obviously want to do that without the *'s.

If you use chrome, there's an addon (offered by taptothebeat) which gives you a button where it automatically makes the link for you!
