judging from the picture I'd say this is a cob (you do get lots of different types)
lets go with 15 hands around average for a cob (hh stand for hands high, each hand is four inches)
lets go with 2nd or 3rd horse (this is basicaly a terminolgy for how good the horse is for riders a first horse would be the recomended first horse to get, a ssecond would be recomended second, etc.)
good/bad doer means how much weight do they loose in winter (bad) and how much do they put on in summer (good). So a fat horse would be good, a skinny horse would be bad. Cobs tend to be fairly good.

ASAP. I'm currently doing it but I was away for longer than I thought and it was slightly more complicated than I thought to.

Oh and I lost a whole post when sylestia went down for maintenance. Then I gave up and went to bed as it was nearly midnight.
