Okay so I'm trying to do missions to get more money but my pets keep failing the weirdest ways.
If I send level 33 Wufei who's high on intelligence out on mission level 20 which states that it requires an intelligent Sylesti he fails. If I send said Sylesti of level 33 out on mission level 20 which requires a strong Sylesti (and his strength is the lowest setting) he succeeds.
I don't get the way this works! Why do my pets fail in missions they should easily succeed in and succeed in missions they're not even properly equipped for?!

The missions had minimum stat requirement. There is a player guide for this, including rough minimum stats required for each level.
