I can design the item for you (colors and patterns) for free, but it'll be up to the requester to pay the fee to Krinadon to make it a real item. ;u;
According to his post, each custom colored Avatar Held is 500 diamonds for the first copy, then 250 diamonds for additional ones.

(Usually, when other people design stuff, they charge an additional fee for profit. I usually offer my services for free. ;u; )

I'd be glad to do your request, but do you have the diamonds to create a copy if I make one? o:
(Reason being that I'd like to help requesters who have the intent to submit first, so that the designs I make won't be laying around un-used when I could be helping another person ;w; sorry!)

I would like a little bit of tweaking though! ^ ^

I know I asked for the faces to be lighter, but can you make the a little luffs darker and just a teensy bit less blue and like another teeny tiny itty bitty bit more yellow? xD

I was also wondering if you could show me what it would look like with Lunar Coat (maybe over top of the swirls? So the idea would be to look kinda like the luffs i generated but over top of a slightly darker version of what you have? (I just realized I am terrible at Luffox anatomy xD but this case ill refer to them as "Moon Runes" xD). With the moons being a little more yellow than the Colour 2 or the Tufts of the Luffs ^ ^

Unless I (or you) find brushes of already-existing moon crescents...otherwise, I can't really do them. >//< Sorry.

As for my program, I use Photoshop (CS6). There are free alternatives I think; I've heard of FireAlpaca, GIMP, and you can probably ask around for more programs that I'm not sure of.

Also uhhh I can't really draw mutations (can't add lineart to already existing stuff, have to be within the lines, and even then, I stink at drawing details >//<). But I found a heart brush that I can try and add. o:

There are also markings that came with the PSD that you can choose from! I listed them in the first post.

Otherwise, I can attempt to find brushes (pen patterns that other people have made for use) that are similar to what you requested. If you want to look for brushes, feel free to! (You can google 'photoshop free star brush' or 'sparkle brush photoshop', anything along those lines.)
