As for naming, I have no idea yet. I am already naming my Modern EB Lunemaras for primroses, my Collector's Edition RP Qitaries for wild and old-fashioned roses, and my Modern Monarch Zolnixies for Rosarian cultivars. I now have two Rose Petal Nixi eggs, so I'll probably seek inspiration from how they look when they hatch.

The first Rose Petal Qitaries were un-Tagged Themed pets that were only available during the 2013 Spring Festival. They look like this--

"Racer" and "Peachy Keen"

They look nice.

You could name your nixis after characters from stories about or staring roses. Like Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast and I bet there are more.
