That soulsiphon-whatever-muh-bob, heals kimeira for 300% of the damage dealt... if I remember correctly... So the harder she hits, the closer to complete heal it is. :(

Arghh.. got her down to 2% before my team died off.. 2%! So close.

I was finally able to defeat Kimeira and Katalyst my party consisted of a water fight, an air fighter and a shadow healer. I also used pets that were high in intelligence/strength and health before using equipment.

My Water Fighter: Julia
- All Stat and Proficiency Points in Health
- At Least Legendary Equipment Used
- I tried to use equipment with the best health, strength and agility bonus
- I used her as my lead pet going into the battle since she had the best health

My Shadow Healer: Troubled Fairy
- All Stat and Proficiency Points in Health
- Legendary Equipment Used
- The equipment I used maximized the bonus my pet received in health, intelligence and agility

- She brought up the rear of my party with the least health

I arranged my pets by health so that the ones with the best health would be the lead pet, plus I moved my pets around during the battle to ensure that the pet with the most health was the lead pet. Also, I used mend as little as possible because using the finishing move with the mana maxed out really helped to bring down the health of Kimeira and Katalyst. I focused on Katalyst whenever his fire shield was down and once he used that move I would start focusing my attacks on Kimeira. Another reason to save your mana is when you need to block against Kimeira's special attack, sorry the name of the attack escapes me right now, and you can use block if you get burned by Katalyst to help reduce the damage taken by your pet.
