The Forest Guardian
Her home is the pine forests between the fairy and human kingdoms.
She watches over the creatures of the forest and protects them from the monsters that prowl in the dark. She also protects the slyesties from those who seek to tame them.
It was in this action that she herself was captured. The humans were having their winter festival, this year part of it was in her section of the forest. An adventure calling herself Typholosion, captured her! She lay in her stable, looking sad and miserable. She smissed her forest, her midnight flights, defending her friends.
Typholosion had captured many of her friends and she was raffling them off to other adventures like they were nothing. She was outraged at this and smarled viciously at all who looked at her. One adventure, calling herself JustTopaz, ignored her growling and walked yet closer to the winged lighra.
"Hey there. How could anyone get rid of such a lovely creature?" The human did her best to win the beautiful lighra, hoping to take her home. Her stable had a huge yard were all the pets played together and it was right next to the lighra's old forest home. Topaz knew it would never be the same but she would give the forst guardian a new purpose. To protect her friends while Topaz was away.
Topaz gave her a new purpose and a new name.
