You buy them as sets with diamonds only. A set is about 1k or so (depending on which set it is). It's not too uncommon to see players trying to pool diamonds with other players in order to split sets.

I don't have the time to look through 19 pages of suggestions, so I don't know if this was already posited or not.

More Oriental/Asian-themed items, please. Especially katanas and other swords. The only katana available is a monthly item that I will likely never obtain, and my avatar will never be complete without.
