I have for several weeks now noticed that my missions do not change 1/houer. Specially this week it have been dreadfull for my income, yeasterday I could only send 2 pets on missions. Im online from 16.30 -22 local time. During this time only 2 diferent missions were available as they altered between them. At some days I havnt been able to take a single quest since the only one available is the health one and I have no health mission pet, do not know why. I was originally planning to wait untill after the fest but this is getting rather anoying so I thought I would let you know.
EDIT: Granted it does not happen every day but it do happen a few days/week mainly.

They have a chance to pick the same missions with each cycle. So it can appear as if they don't change, but really it just selected the same mission again.

oooh okey, I didnt know that. But its weird as it at times can be the same the entire evening for me O_o
