I have always have three of my Sylesti's on my team( At the moment, they are on missions for money ovo'), but whenever i go to Enigmatic Grotto, they always knock out one of my sylestis , and then i have a hard time defeating them with only two :( . Is there any tips for defeating the trolls cause i keep trying to defeat them, but i always get defeated in the process! All expect my Faelora, are at least in the lvl 40s.

I would recommend you to read this guide on how to equip and stat your pets: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=11101

In short, choose between strength OR intelligence. the two has no use together. so if you add stat points to one, don't add any points to the other. Likewise, use equipment that adds more to the stat that you've chosen. Don't use equipment that add equal points to strength and intelligence (or physical/magical damage). If you choose strength, find a relic that gives physical damage boost; or if you choose intelligence, one that gives magical damage boost. Also, choose a proficiency tree that matches the stats that you add points to.

You should get better equipment for them if you can. (legendary if possible, though it might take a while to find/earn gold to buy them).

Also, I'm not sure what your current set up is, but most players go for a tank and 2 cannons set up. The first pet will be the tank, since it usually bears the brunt of the damage, so the focus is to ensure that your first pet won't die easily. the remaining 2 pets will be your cannons, where their health/agility is not as important as they won't receive as much damage, but their focus would be to deal as much damage as possible to the enemies. A guide on this set up can be found here: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=18775

If you prefer to read smaller texts, you can follow my tips. :)
1. Try reset your stats points and proficiency points to HP. You don't need to dump your points to strength and intelligence to increase your damage because your main source of damage is from your relic.
2. Choose air proficiency for one pet, and shadow proficiency for the other two of your pets.
3. In battle, keep changing your middle pet position with your other pets so they can share same damage.
4. Use mend (hotkey M) right after your pets' HP drop below 75%.
5. When mend is on cooldown, use hotkey 1 to attack and when you have enough mana, use your finishing blow.
6. Always attack enemies with more stars first. The faster you get them down, the longer you'll survive.
7. Make sure you have near or full mana and HP before fighting the boss.

And one more thing, make sure you use a right relic. If you use air, earth, or water proficiency, you should use physical damage relic, and magical damage relic if you use fire, light, or shadow proficiency.

Good luck. :)

Thank you so much!! By any chance is there a way to save a thread so I could go back to it at a later time?

Unfortunately, that feature isn't exist. But you can always save it somewhere else like on your notepad. :)
