Lords and Ladies Legendary- October 2015 Story Writing Contests
Hello everyone and welcome to the very first Lords and Ladies Legendary contest thread. In short, I've recently found Legendary and Mystical tamed pets to be my passion in this game. I greatly enjoy searching them out, giving them makeovers and turning them into project pets. To make them even more interesting, I thought it would be a great idea if each of these projects had a bit of a story or backstory to them, which brings us to my dilemma~ I'm atrocious at writing. =w= Not to mention, it would be really fun to get the community involved/interested in this~
So, to get to the bread an butter of this contest, every month I'll be selecting a few of my Legendary or Mystical pets to feature in these contests. You may use the information given about them in the "Lords and Ladies" post (it's mostly there to spark an idea, you do not have to use it) or create your own story around the particular pet(s).
Rules:
~Your entry must be a short story, minimum of 5 paragraphs, maximum of fitting on a single post along with the images links and names to the pets, preferably comfortably.
~You may only enter one story, so you must choose between one of the three options. (So I can give everyone who participates a participation prize.)
~You must keep your story site appropriate, nothing that will get you banned from Sylestia please.
~You do not need to ping me. I will read every entry.
Contest begins 10/4/2015 at 10pm server time and ends 10/25/2015 at 10pm server.
Winners will be announced 11/1/2015 by 10pm server, this will give me ample time to go through all entries.
Winning stories will be featured in a compendium thread with credits. (Edited only for spelling or grammatical errors.)

October 2015 - Lords and Ladies
Florian the Knight Errant
***I tend to think of Florian as more of a gijinka, meaning humanoid but based on his pet form.
Florian is a young traveling knight with silver-white hair and red eyes. He wears a black outfit with gold trim and a red sash. His cape splits in the back, mimicking wings in design and is black with gold trim. A rapier is his weapon of choice, usually worn on his belt. Florian tends to be very sweet and quick witted, but he gets flustered rather easily. Feel free to use either his human or pet form for your story.***
Gijinka/Human: A young swordsman travels on a pilgrimage through Sylestia, all the while helping those in need and raising a name for himself.
Pet: A dashing Qitari finds more adventure then he could ever hope for while taking a trip through Sweet Blossom Orchid.
Iolani the Minstrel and Lute the Bard
Iolani is a noble lady who loves to sing and dance, her mischievous nature tends to be a problem for all who know her, with the exception of a like minded Aeridini that she met while visiting the market. Lute tends to follow Iolani wherever she may go, constantly getting her out of trouble with his charm and perhaps a little magic.
Crisp the Flameforged
NOTICE: A blood orange Ny'vene with black diamond and amber striped markings and black spikes has escaped from the arena. Do NOT attempt to subdue or fight, he is highly dangerous and known to spit fire. If you have any information regarding the location of the escaped Ny'vene, please inform either the guards or the Arena Grandmaster immediately.
