Second Part of the Design Contest:
1) I chose this species because of how they remind me of eastern dragons, which were considered celestial themselves in the past. I tried to go with a more Angelic look with it, adding wings and glowing parts so that it was more of a messenger of a god rather than a god itself. And to go with the quote, although it says we don't walk by sight I used the glowing as a sort of "spiritually lighting the way" type thing...if that makes sense...
2) I chose this species more for the wings than anything else, they remind me of all the faces of the cut sapphire you have posted. I used the swirls of blue to represent the glistening of the light across a sapphire and the little glowing specks as refracted light coming off of it and making it so sparkly ()
Could I get one of my tickets on 15 and the other on 16?

Do you need us to write an explanation for these as well?
Magma:
Look at that smug face...
"Pfft, you lowly humans are nothing when compared to my greatness. I will rule you all!!"
Zinthios:
I was going to make him angry/like he's going to fight, but I found his confused/worried face more amusing :3
"Dude, who are you even talking to Magma? Have you been deep in your cups again?"

Aww I really like your entries!^-^
I think you matched the colors very nicely.That neph looks very pretty,and he lune looks good as well like the colors you used.
Wow I really like how you made them look!Magma is sort of devious and haughty,while Zinthios is more emotional and level headed.I think you captured them very well.Their personalities mostly match their typing.
And I will put you on those pets^-^

Part Two Contest:
I choose Zolnixi because it has really shiny looking traits and gems tend to have a lot of shine to them. I used all the colors of a sapphire.
