for me it says level 60 but i'm only 46... I'm so confused

I think user level is based on the highest level of pet you currently have. I just used advanced search and you do have 2 lvl 60 pets in your stable.

Well, adding on to Luga, the user level is also determined by the level of the highest pet you raise. So, just cause you have a level 60 pet, it might not mean you'll be level 60 (some cases prove otherwise...) You'll have to level a pet from level 59 to 60 to have a user level of 60.

I actually wanted to ask about it. If one buys a pet that is level 59, and then levels it up to level 60, does their user level become level 60?

Yep. That's how the system works atm.

When Sylestia relaunches, it will become a leveling up system similar to how pets level up and will be independent. However, it will work where pets higher than your level will be uncontrollable by you. The system will work in a way so that any pet you level up yourself from 0 will never become higher than you... but it would be possible that catching wild pets or obtaining pets from other players would out-level your player level and then you'd be unable to control them anymore.

But, for now, the system works just like you said.

No. You'll most likely retain whatever level you are prior.
