What does the stuck in battle button do?

It does exactly as it says. If you get stuck in battle, to where you cannot do anything, you click the button and it will get you unstuck. If you hit it and were not truly stuck, it will likely yell at you that you were not stuck in battle but there is no terrible ramification from it.
