Sylestia's Got Talent!
Because of what happened with unresponsiveness, this thread will be afk for about a week or two and if there's enough interest I may open up a second round.



What this is:
Sylestia's Got Talent, or SGT for short, is a huge contest. It consists of many smaller contests you'd find throughout this forum and mixes them all together. There are also a few other contests that aren't something you would normally find in this thread.

The contests are:
-Design a Sylesti
-Design an Avatar
-Design an Avatar based on a pet
-Short Story Contest
-Poetry Contest
-Paintball (You'll find out a bit later)
-Breeding Contest
-Design a species
-Design a trait (gene/mutation)
-Musical Sylesties

Summaries of each contest:
-Design a Sylesti- Design a Sylesti based on a given theme
-Design an Avatar- Design an Avatar based on a given theme
-Design an Avatar Based on a pet- Design an avatar based on a given pet
-Short Story Contest- Create a story based on the given theme
-Poetry Contest- Design a poem based on a theme
-Paintball- A bit like avoid the administrators, but different. Probably the longest contest, you are divided into two different teams via random generator. You start at 100 and depending on your team, either count up or down to 0 or to 200. After one team wins, they will each be given a point and split up into two more teams, this continuing until there are two people left, they then each get four points more.
-Breeding Contest- I will set up a male to breed with and you must get good coloration and as many visibles and carries as possible from the offspring.
-Design a Species- Design a Species you would like to have in-game. You will get points for creativity, originality, and appeal.
-Design a Trait- Design a gene or mutation you would like to have in-game. You will get points for creativity, originality, and appeal.
-Musical Sylesties- Design a Sylesti based on the given song, each round one person will get eliminated. For staying in a round, you will get a point until the end when there are four people, rounds give two points and the winner will ultimately get 3 more points.

Read The Rules:
1. Do not enter if you can't be active. Honestly, just don't.
2. If all goes well, there will be more games exactly like this, aka more rounds, so ask to be on the ping list if you don't make it.
3. No hate please
4. No one gets out, but if you win a round or come 2nd, 3rd, or 4th, wait at least five more rounds so you can give other people a chance.
5. The prize pool will change all the time, so please feel free to look at it whenever or donate to it.

Prizes are split up into two categories, Small Prizes, and Big Prizes. Two Small Prizes can be changed for one big prizes, and likewise a big prize can be traded for two small ones. Also, if you don't want your prize, you can either give it back to give the prize credit to someone else, but be sure to tell me first.

Could you just maybe italic and bold some stuff? when all the words look the same its harder for me to see... I have sort of bad eyesight!!

Do applicants enter all contests ? are there any rules to the "design a species/trait" ? (such as no traditional allowed for example)

Rules will be done when the contest is in place, but traditional designs will also be allowed.
