This thread is regarding the major issues Sylestia encountered yesterday. For those that remember from a few months ago when our Database became corrupted - the same thing happened again yesterday. Fortunately, the tables affected this time were not as important as the ones previously. The Users table crashed pretty earlier which fortunately pretty much prevented any further damage being done to the other tables since that pretty much disallowed any action from taking place.

The only 'major' things you may notice are some missions may be missing. If this is the case, there is nothing that I can do and you will just have to send the pet on another mission. If your pet is labeled as on a mission but that mission doesn't exist, please send me a PM and I will fix it for you.

The other issue is that some players had to be rolled back to their status as of 2PM yesterday. It was about 30 players in total, so depending on when the users table crashed, it's possible some things were lost. For example... if you were one of these unfortunate users and you sold an item after 2PM, the gold/diamonds/etc would now be lost as your account was reverted to its state as of 2PM. This ONLY affects those 30 players. And if this did happen to you, just send me a PM with the details and I can look at other data to fix your account.

Other than those two things, really nothing at all was affected. There may be some quirky things going on or that happened, but if it's nothing major then don't worry about it.

I, again, apologize for the inconvenience and wish I could offer a more reassuring solution. Unfortunately, there seems to be some sort of issue with our new server's disk set up or software set up and it keeps having issues with the mysql files. Our Host and us will continue to investigate and look at options to put an end to these issues, but at this time nothing concrete has been figured out.
