It started a little bit yesterday, and it is getting worse today. Have done all that I could think of, from clearing cache/cookies, to flushing my dns, and trying a different browser and updating adobe, and some areas here the site still loads half way, or takes 5-10 seconds to do so.
My internet is fine, everything else runs smoothly, but Sylestia runs especially slow during battles, in Spring festival area, switching pages, viewing hatchery and stables. I use Google Chrome, but just tried Firefox and it was much worse.
If anyone has ideas, please let me know. I love this place.
Oh and I am getting a lot of ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT when trying to go from one place to the next while exploring.

Can you try pinging and running a trace route to our Site and the paste the results here?
If you're using Windows, the simplest way is to open up the start menu, type in 'cmd' in the search/run box.
When the command prompt box opens, type "ping sylestia.com" and copy/paste (or screenshot) the results and then type "tracert sylestia.com" and do the same.

There are some time outs. The first one definitely isn't good and that would be local on your network. If you're using a router, make sure that it's set up properly.
Resetting your modem/router would probably be a good place to start.
After that, I see other time outs along the way prior to reaching our server. Internet is much like highways and sometimes 'roads' are out of service. Once the connection leaves your house and before it reaches our server's, it's using your ISP's roads. So if there's an issue along the way, there's nothing that we can do about it and you should contact your ISP and tell them that you're having time outs reaching a specific website.
They will either tell you that there's work being done or hopefully either fix the issue or changing the path that your connection takes.
------------
So I'd suggest restarting your modem/router and making sure your home's network is working properly.
If so and the problem persists, try contacting Comcast and seeing if they can look into those time outs.

Yes I had reset the router before posting to try and clear it up. Site works a lot better now. Pinged again, and number 2 keeps timing out yet nothing I see on any site shows timeouts, including facebook and yahoo...which I am finding rather odd.
If I end up calling the internet portion of comcast for just one site issue, It would cost us 70 bucks or so just to get questions answered even. That was a couple of months ago so my husband and I hadnt tried calling again, we usually don't have problems.
Ill have to keep in mind the whole tracert thing, thank you for your help :) Much appreciated.

There isn't any reason that Comcast would charge you just for contacting them on the phone (or their live chat). The only reason they would have charged you is if you had someone come visit your house to do work of if you had your service changed to something like that. Just contacting them shouldn't incur a charge. I've never had any experience like that and I've had Comcast for pretty much my entire life lol.
But if everything is working fine then there really isn't a reason to contact them.

Thats what we thought too, and they were adamant that even for phone help they would charge us on the spot. We didnt want anybody to come out unless it was absolutely necessary. /Sigh, comcast issues. I love the actual service, but I hate dealing with CSR's.
