05/04/2015 at 9:04:07PM, Clairce sent me a Planting Pot with no CoD fee. I accepted the trade, clicked the Pot in my Inventory, and clicked Use Item. I had to try it several times before the Pot disappeared from my Inventory, because my mousepad was grungy. I cleaned the mousepad and didn't think any more about it until I returned to Sylestia a few hours later and discovered the Plant Pot is not in my Garden.
(Yes, there's a Pot with Dirt in it, but no seeds, in my Garden, but that's been there for over a day. I've been saving it to make sure I have a Pot for my Delphinium.) The new Pot is not in my Garden and really doesn't seem to be anywhere. I am very worried that I may have somehow deleted it. Please help.

It looks like the Pot that you received from Clairce was sent to Darkwingedangel, and then was consumed.
In this case, there's nothing that I can do since it was traded to another player and since the item no longer exists.
I'm sorry. =\

Wait how did this happen? I'm a little confused, how can one pot be sent between two players if I read correctly?

According to the database, it was sent via trade to another player as you would send any other item to another player.
So my guess is that through accidental clicking, it was accidentally sent to another player.
