Of course not! Only pets can be captured.

You can't capture it. Its an Npc boss, you fight it in order to obtain avatar items that can only be dropped by that boss. It will also drop fertilizer bags and enrichment baskets as well as armor for your pets.

Named [What bosses are called on here] as well as Boss's pets [in dungeons and adventuring] cannot be captured. It's kinda like Pokemon, now that I think about it...
