Hey, I had a suggestion. I've been noticing that some people are finding it very challenging to be able to get tickets for the premium maze.

So I was thinking, what IF every 10 boss battles we could earn ONE ticket for the premium maze? That way those that may have a heavy work load/school exams, or lack the gold could stand a better chance at at least going to the premium maze a couple of times? I think that even after 15 boss battles would be reasonable.

Especially with you needing a new ticket every time you want to enter the premium maze.

I for one would love to have a better shot at getting in there more than once, and I'm sure others would agree.

With the bosses being on their two hour reset timer I think that after fighing them 10-15 times would still maintain the value of the tickets as you can only fight three bosses every two hours and four bosses every four hours, so It would still take about 24 hours or so to earn one ticket.

Anyhow, just an idea though it is one I would like to see work out some how.

Alternatively, because there are 4 different bosses on the map, each boss could drop one of four ticket shreds on their 10th defeat and then not drop any more until the user crafts their ticket, so that every boss had to be beaten 10 times. This would theoretically include the maze boss, to keep the tickets rare and hard to acquire.

Even if making the tickets more accessible via boss drops like what is suggested won't be a thing, it would be really nice if they were more accessible in another way. x.x Just.. a little easier to obtain.

Maybe when the contest/competitive portion of the festival comes out they will be available as prizes? Not everything is released for the fest yet but right now... the special maze ticket is just ridiculous, for lack of a better word.

Edit: missed a few words xD

Although I don't like the prices of the tickets, I don't agree that they should come from bosses.. especially in the numbers suggested. They've given us 3 different ways to but tickets so you don't have to spend real money but the option is there if you do.

The whole point of the premium maze is it's something to get rare, limited prizes. If everyone could get 1-2 tickets per day than they wouldn't be rare or special which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place.

Not to mention, this is a way for the site to make money. Considering how much of a hit they are taking by getting rid of the wheel, I don't see a problem having to pay to get access. Site servers, graphics, etc are really expensive and with all the work coming up with the overhaul they'll need those resources to make a good quality site.

Unfortunately I think Fresh is right, since this is the replacement of the wheel, the relative scarcity of these tickets is exactly what Krin and Fai had in mind. Unfortunately for them, I refuse to buy with real money ANY ticket that essentially is a gamble, which is what this is yet again. So my wallet is staying closed. Not that there is anything in there to buy anything with anyway, lol, but that is another story.

It would be nice to be able to have some way of at least occasionally, from some rare chance, get another maze ticket, but I'm not holding my breath.

Oh, and from the prizes I got on the one ticket I spent 1.5 mil gold on... didn't get anything truly rare, just rarer than what drops elsewhere in the zone. So meh, not worth the price of admission, so far as I am concerned. Personally I would like to see a move away from the gambling aspect of these festivals as random prize drop events. Not a big fan. Still, Krin and Fai need to figure out how to keep a revenue stream going to keep the site open. Hopefully this works better than the wheel for them.

Have to agree with Fresh. Revenue for the site is important, and while I know not everyone can buy diamonds (I was only able to start buying them about six months or so ago), Krin and Fai go out of their way to make sure everything on the site is still accessible to those who can't buy diamonds, even if they have to work a little harder to get them, and that's wonderful of them. So I for one am not going to complain about the price of the tickets. I may only have enough money to get one or two tickets, and that's sacrificing the money I had put away to buy this month's avatar item set, but I'm going to give what I can to the site even if that means spending ten to twenty dollars on a gamble for a chance at something rare, purely because I want to support the site.

This is why the tickets are available for both Gold and Easter Eggs in addition to Diamonds. =)
