Please help me! I've been away from Sylestia since December of last year because my laptop broke. Now that I've returned I saw the Sylvorpas got an update. But for some reason ALL of my sylvorpas lost all of their genes and mutations! They are all blank! I worked so hard and spent not just sylestia earned money but my own hard earned real-life cash to buy color dyes, mutation potions, ect to fix some of my adopted or captured sylvorpas as well as paid an arm and a leg for others that had a lot of mutations and genes! I'm freaking out because I loved all of my Sylvorpas, I cant afford to make new ones that look just like the originals, and I love my originals and don't wish to replace them! Please someone help me! Tell me this is just a glitch in the system that will be fixed soon!

If you go to the pets page, it will say it can be regenerated. This isn't a glitch.

Well I was lucky enough to get all the traits back for my Sylvorpas except for one problem where one of my pets (Nanuk) was black, white and blue in his color scheme. The gene that I had was an ugly color after I got him but I thought would look nice as black. So I spent an arm and a leg on a pet dye and changed it. However, now, the marking is an ugly mahogany brown color and I cant afford another pet dye :( Something similar happened with me when they revamped the Vulyxes and the Qitari's D: I wish when they revamp the next one they wont change the colors and markings too much. It really bothered me because some of my pets I worked long and hard to achieve their looks :(

Color swings are pretty annoying, a deep blue proabably would of taken better by the dye. Other users have told me that blues and greens come easiest to the lesser pet dyes, and blacks, whites, and other neuterals are much harder to achive.

Edit: I looked at Nanuk, the color looks like a russet or maroon, not brown. He looks kinda patriotic with his red, white, and blue. (i notice that from my laptop screen, my pet witching hour appears as grey, while on my phone he is black. I checked your pet from my laptop, as well as my phone. His gene appears brown on my laptop, and maroon from my phone. it may just be the color balance of your screen, or a reflection on your screen. the color balance on my laptop is off since the "true colors" app refuses to run.(which is annoying when I'm drawing stuff))

He does seem rather patriotic |D But I have a few USA themes pets already (such as my vulnyx named Steve Rogers Jr). However I was such a moron and didn't realize I already have a lesser pet dye in my inventory! I guess I missed it when I was checking in after being gone so long and got all panicked over the sylvorpa situation. And yeah, I have that color change too between the home computer, my laptop and my ipod. And yes, that's a big pain when I'm drawing too. By the way, do you have a Deviantart account? I enjoy meeting new artists and would love to see some of your work =3

I dont have a deviantart account yet. I havnt gotten around to making one yet, but I do have a drawing thread on here and a tumblr. (you can find a link to my drawing thread on my lookup. My tumblr only has old drawings from silly skype calls, and randomness. I have tons of drawings, and I plan to clear a day or three to make a deviantart account and get used to the interface.)
