I just used the Philter of Nullification and when I went into my inventory it says Philter Of Nullification x0 and I refreshed the page and the item won't go away.
One of those silly glitches, I would have never thought this one would happen.

lol I've seen this happen a lot. You can just delete the item and it shouldn't cause any problems.

Yea, if this happens, you can just click the trash can icon in your Inventory to remove it.
At the moment, items and inventories are two separate things. This is one thing I really want to change for the relaunch. It has caused a lot of issues over time where a change happens successfully on one, but fails on the other and causes a situation like yours.
But for now, the trash can icon will have to suffice. =P

I barely noticed that yesterday night. The trash can icon wasn't that noticeable at first, so I clicked the item and the trash can and it disappeared:3 Thanks for the help!
