This is Allspice--
He's the only Carrot Cake Qitari in Sylestia who has Raccoon Mane. He also has Vis Socks and Hidden Quagga. He is set for public breeding with a fee of 2,000 gold.
However, if you need him for a project, PM me, and we might work out a deal of some kind.
