I understand the Red Werewolf outfit is supposed to not be recolorable; but on the broker it says they are recolorable. Is this a glitch? I now wish I didn't buy the outfit now, I thought they were the recolorable one.

Yeah, same for me, i wasted 23k for a piece of junk now.... (but at least i didnt have it already)

Looks like some of the outfits were bugged. It was originally released a long time ago so I can't really figure out why. I have fixed it for that outfit though and made all in-game ones marked correctly.
Since this was a player to player transaction, there's really nothing that I can do in regards to the purchase.
Thank you for reporting it though so that I could fix it. Please let me know if there are similar issues with any other outfits.
