Will the Wind Chaser Luffoxs be here next here to get? Or are they once in a lifetime chance? I will not be able to afford one at all.

Ok, well I heard that the traits are not regenerated.

It is meant that you can't go to the generator and generate one with those genes/mutations. But they can be rebred into other Luffoxes.
