I found a nice app to use on my iPad, Ibis paint X! I will try to draw anything, and it is free, but tips are much appreciated. :3

Hi! I've been a bit bored lately and what would make me really happy is some art of my pets! If it isn't that much of a hassle, could you please draw this cutie here for me?
She's one of my valued party pets, and I'd love some art of her! Also, I browsed through your art on deviantart, and it's really cute!
