It would be much easier to fight bosses if you could click a button that makes your computer/ mobile device fight automatically without you having to click/tap the attack buttons. ^-^

Disagree.
Krin talked about (in other suggestions, I'd have to dig out the quote) there being a point where some suggestions are more of having the game play for you, which makes it pointless for a player to play at all.
(Not really pointless, but there should be a level of responsibility and *response* that comes from players, even if its clicking multiple buttons.)
I would agree with something like more hotkey implementations (less to click, can just keep hands on the keyboard), but having automatic battles is a bit OP, or bot-like (you can probably make a program/script that moves your cursor and presses buttons for you, scripts are used to do redundant tasks on other MMORPGs).

I just don't like having to keep tapping the buttons on my iPad, especially when I'm fighting bosses because it is just a bit of an annoyance.

As someone who plays both on a computer and a mobile device (a phone with a Google Chrome app, which requires double taps of the screen to move, double taps to select a move, making sure my tap isn't confused for a hover, etc), I can understand that its a bit tedious to play Sylestia on certain devices for certain things. x:
If I could program my phone or gaming device to have an easier time playing Sylestia, I would. In fact, an auto attack *would* be nice, if I interpret it as "Oh one button to make all my pets attack at once".
Or even a button that says "repeat what move selections I used last time."
The only thing would be complications. What if you selected to attack 3 baddies, and only 1 baddie remains? A code would have to interpret to use all your pets on one baddie instead of attacking 3.
But yes, I understand that it's annoying (I've gone through an iPad, an iPhone, and now I'm on a Note 3 Android phone and its no different). :(
The only thing I could suggest to you personally is to convince your parents to invest in a keyboard for your iPad (here's one from the Apple store for $30 and a cheap one from amazon for $13).
edit: I can speak from experience that having a keyboard is so, so, so much better than typing right on top of your iPad (except if you're used to using the iPad, but you can easily switch from a virtual keyboard to a real one with time). You can argue (if you have to) that the real world requires real keyboards, so having an attachable keyboard to your iPad would make your fingers used to real keyboards. Not many professionals use the keyboard on their iPads for typing up long documents, for example.

As Flute said, i am pretty sure that Krin would consider this the game playing for you, which he is adamantly against, and I can agree with that.
What I would love to see is if there were a series of "special moves" you could do that would increase your chance of a critical hit or something like that. In another game i played, when you used a certain combination of moves, it built up a special move that hit for more effects than the simple moves on their own did. You had to hit the moves in the proper sequence to get the special move to work, so you had to think a little more to get it right. For example, hitting in order Focus, Focus, Beam, and then Finishing Blow gives a Finishing Blow that doubles the damage of the finishing blow. There could be a cooldown for it so you can't use it over and over the way you do the regular attacks, and have to use a different combo, or just the regular attacks.
Doing something like this would make ALL of the moves valuable, instead of just hitting the same keys over and over and over again, which I admit, is really tedious, especially for a boss that can take 40-60 or more moves to finish off.
This would also mean MORE involvement on the part of the player, since you would have to balance making these "special" moves with healing, trapping and other functions of battling. The only danger here is making things so complex it would be hard to keep track of all three pets, lol.

Sorry. We would never add something like this. =P
However, I do feel that there are issues with battling and its repetiveness. We will address this with the revamp.
