I am loathe to make a new thread for a small suggestion such as this, but as we had Mojo pets for Autumn, Sylestie Baking for Winter, potentially some sort of planting-based event for Spring... for summer, how about a Snack Shop? Like the sort you would find at a pool or the beach. Just a bunch of common, summery food or trinket-based Sylestie ideas.
An example of such an idea would be the Cherry Cola Kelpari:
Other ideas could be like... ice cream, popcorn, lemonade, watermelon, or fruit salad, just to name a few. (I hesitate to say hot dogs, because it would be a very talented Sylestian to make that an appealing color scheme. :P)

Iced tea and pina colada pets? ouo!
I'm curious if it'll be competition based (like mojos) or collection/combining based (like baking), but this would be a great idea. c:

I imagine that would be up to our fair administrators. I could see it being something like having to collect some sort of currency to "buy" the pets, along with the not-essences, but it could be actually anything. I hope it's not ingredient-based, because I still have ingredients in my inventory from Winterfest.
I've just had that cherry cola Kelp floating around in my head since Fallfest, and needed to finally say something about it.

Good point, winter's bakery took a toll on my inventory space (and I don't have the heart to delete the cute things aha).
Having a specific stackable currency that only takes up 1-2 inventory slots (if anything) would work imo. Whether it's the same as the festival shop's currency (Sun Tokens) or not is fine with me.

Love this idea! A snack bar theme would be perfect for summer.

Hehe, imagine a pool there where you can swm in and find evil floaties to battle. LOL. I also really wanted to be able to other users in a festivial zone and not just the chat.

What about a Seaside Market/Beach Market? That would expand possibilities beyond food, but keep food as an option. So themes like ocean/beach/other summer-themed stuff could also be available.
