I've been wondering...what happens when a pet is at Level 60? Because pets only get prof. points every 5 levels....I'm just wondering. I don't know myself because I haven't gotten there yet.

Once they hit level 60, they'll have 12 proficiency points.

Currently, since the level cap is 60, the proficiency points are likewise capped at 12. When more of the exploration is released and the level cap is increased, the max proficiency points will be increased as well. =)

I did hear that the admins want to change some parts of the proficiency points, but I'm not too sure exactly what and when they will do so. =P

The Admins plan on completely revamping the battle system and level system, so things as we currently know it may change drastically. There is no word on exactly how they are changing it, only that it will be very different from the current system. I believe this revamp will go hand in hand with the explore system overhaul. That's why there hasn't been any new content story wise for over a year now. They want to get all this done before releasing any more story content and increasing the level cap. It is a major project, which is why it is taking so long.
