Nicknames: Maybe a name that was used in their childhood by friends and family, which is usually a shortening or another formation of their name or a name affliterated with a former event.
Personalities: From a manga drawing book, I read using <human heart> divided by <4 personalitie=history> is a good start. Just choose 4 personalities.
History: It's your imagination, not mine...
Description/Images: Using the stuff above decide your character! A spunky, outgoing, cheerful, and friendly OC might have short crazy hair and just normal clothes such as t-shirts and shorts. Or get someone to draw your OC...but then you need a description.
