Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone in Sylestia! Today is Christmas, and it also marks my 500th day on Sylestia! In honour of this, I thought I would hold two events! A draw and a Design a Ryori pair contest.

For the Dragon Draw:
I will be holding a draw for the six different Ice Dragon back items from the December Monthly items. They are the Cerulean, Golden, Lilac, Spring Dew, Sunset, and Whiteout Ice Dragons.



To enter, all I ask is:
1) You can have your name entered for one of the six dragons, so choose wisely!
2) Please do not enter if you intend to sell the item once you get it. I want them to go to people who would love to have one, or to someone who will gift one to a friend in the Holiday Spirit!

For the Design a Ryori Pair Contest:
I am also holding a contest for you all to design me a Ryori pair. As the Ryori is my favourite sylesti, I thought this would be an awesome and fun contest! The winning design will receive the first baby from the pair! I will also prismatically philter the baby for you so that the little sylesti will be a nice fighter!

Here are the guidelines:
1) You can enter as many different pairs as you like! There is no limit.
2) I ask that the pairs be a 2vis, 3vis or 4vis pair. Basically, I want the final outcome to be able to be bred from the two parents.
3) Ryori traits I love: Star Runes, Tempest Armour, Tempest Wings, Ethereal Horns.
Ryori Traits I like: Nebula, Shock Runes, Kitsune, Leaf Veins, Cyberpunk Wings, Galaxy, Ghostly Wraps, Petal Wreath.
Ryori traits I strongly dislike: any skeletal trait, Mystic Mask.
Using any of the traits I like or love will have a higher chance of being picked by me. Feel free to try anything though, a very creative design may just strike me.
4) My three favourite colours are pink, blue and purple. I love those three colours together. I also like the following colour combos: blue and white, blue white and green, blue and purple, blue and green, blue green and purple, blue green pink and purple, pink and purple, black and blue, black blue and purple. I also like space/star/aurora/nebula inspired themes. Using any of those colours and/or themes will have a higher chance of being picked by me. However, feel free to be creative. A creative design may strike me.

Both contests start today and end on January 1st, at 12pm Sylestia time. Depending on when I wake up on New Year's Day, I should hopefully have the Dragon Avatar Items out sometime in the afternoon. As for the Ryori pair, I should hopefully have my mind made up on the 1st. It may take longer if either I get real busy that day or I have a hard time deciding on my favourite pair.

Northern Lights Ryori ;) Purple/pink/black Showing Star Runes, Shock Runes, Tempest Armor and Tempest Wings. LOL I picked those because the northern lights up here are like a tempest in a teapot, and they give you a lovely Shock when you first see them dancing in the Stars ;)
