This will be a small roleplay contest based off "The Maze Runner" series, which I started yesterday. There will be small gold, custom art, and pet prizes at the end!
Rules:
-Like a normal roleplay, no seriously harming or killing another user's character.
-You may make ONE character.
-No supernatural stuff with the exception of telepathy, which I will explain.
-Swearing is allowed.
-Blood, gore, and violence is allowed, so beware!
-Inactive players that do not post at least in 3 will be killed, but I yiure going somewhere and do not wish to be killed, please say so!
-I am in charge, ok?
-Once your character is dead, you cannot join back in, but you may leave with a small pet/custom art/gold prize.
-Please be REALISTIC. If your character goes blind, then blind will it be.
-No plot twists without my permission, please! I have this planned out.
-Be nice to other users! Oh yeah, put candy canes somewhere in your form so I know you read the rules.
-I know all that was strict, but the main idea is to have fun! I want everyone to have a good time.
Intro:
You don't remember anything. All you know is your name. You don't remember how old you are, who your parents are. Somehow you remember words, sounds, feelings, and sights, but how and where you know them is a blank. Your eyes slowly blink open. People surround you. They seem to be in their teens. "Why..." You say, unable to make of this. You slowly look around to take in your surroundings. To your far right you see huge walls. Really huge. Massive. Inside you see turns. A maze. A person runs through, sweating and gasping for breath and disappears into the mass. "Where is here? Why I am here?" You ask.
"The Glade. Welcome, this is your new home, newbie." A person says, a bit older than the rest.
"But..."
"No one knows who they are. No one knows why we're here. So zip it." With that abrupt sentence, you look dazed at everyone. No one knew who they were. Utterly confused and exhausted, you fall back and close your eyes.
World Info:
You are a teenager who has been sent to a place called the Glade. You don't know anything about your past life, nothing. Your job is to escape the glade, and to do that, solve the maze. The maze closed every night at exactly 9 PM and opens again at 7 AM.
There are two groups. Group A and B. Group A consists of only boys while group B consists of all girls. No one knows the other group. Though after a about a few days in the roleplay, there will be ONE girl in group A and ONE boy in group B. One character in group A and B when the two opposite people come will gain telepathy. The two characters that come will start in a coma.
In the maze are greivers. They roam the maze mostly at night, and barely, but can during the day as well. The maze shifts and changes every night.
If you are stung by a Griever, you need to get the serum for the sting from it or you will pretty much go insane. The sting of a Griever restores a small bit of one's memory, but the person will probably forget most of it.
I am taking no more than 10 players in this game. The boy and girl will be the 9th and 10th characters. Because there are more than 10 people in the whole two Glades, NPCs can be playable, but no one owns them. Anyone can kill and play them.
For jobs, there are medics, runners, sloppers, cook, butchers, and farmers. Medics are medics... Must have knowledge of medicine. Runners run around the maze and try to figure out the reason why it changes and stuff. They draw maps and such. Must have good stamina and speed and memory. Sloppers clean up stuff like puke and stuff. No requirement. You are a slipper because you can't do any other jobs. Butchers buther the animals farmers raise for cooking. There is only one cook who cooks all meals. The farmers are just farmers.

Other: Has a crippled leg, so she gets around on makeshift crutches made with sticks, shaped kinda like candy canes.
