Well the man and the woman could've been driving to the hospital at the time, so I'm guessing the woman in the car was going to have her baby, so she let the stranger in the car to help her. Sense there was no baby in the car just the stranger and the dead woman she must've died from trying to give birth. (Hopefully I'm right, I'm not good at riddles. Sorry if I wasn't supposed to ping)

I think the answer question is 'Do you mind?' but that never made much sense to me...I always thought it was more of you say you don't mind (no) but you actually kinda do (yes) but the riddle implies the opposite? Never mind, I'm just rambling now...
