I mainly work with Zolnixi now (I'm pretty sure that's what I've decided) and I acquired a beautiful one this morning. However, I took it and another Zolnixi out to level-grind and I noticed that its Focused Attack used Magical Damage instead of (like my other ones) Physical Damage. Why, how do I get it to use Physical damage instead, and how do I maximize its potential?

Until they are assigned an element with a dictated style of damage, pets will automatically attack with the damage style that is higher. Magical damage is tied to high intelligence and physical damage to high strength. If your zolnixi is using magical damage, that means its intelligence is higher than its strength. If this is without any gear or points assigned, this means that you should run with that and beef up its intelligence. Neither magical or physical damage is better than the other so there is nothing wrong with having a magical pet and it is best to follow the natural tendencies that your pets express.

Hope this helps.
