i would like to generate new sylesti, but i dont know how to get an esscence, i would love to be able to make a special sylesti.

You can get essences in lots of ways, the easiest is to buy them, either on the trade broker, or in the diamond shop if you have diamonds.
Essences will also be awarded rarely when you defeat pets in the exploration areas, or when you nurture hatchlings.

Once you are doing missions from the barracks in the city, which is something I HIGHLY recommend doing, you can also get essences from mission satchels. Note: mystical essences can ONLY be bought, either with gold from another player or the diamond shop. You cannot get them from battles, nurtures, or mission satchels.
